- FEATURES: PTO Link Compact - Locking Pin (Replacement part - Stainless Steel, Spring-Loaded. Auto-lock and Easy-pull design when coupling the PTO Link System. The Compact System - Tractor (Female) Coupler comes pre-installed with a Spring-loaded Locking Pin. This pin assembly engages with the Implement (Male) Coupler for the initial locking connection to prevent the two couplers from uncoupling. This Pin provides a quick-locking spring-loaded feature when connecting the two couplers together.
- FOR USE: as a replacement for the PTO Link Compact Tractor (Female) Coupler. CONNECTION TIP: When using the tractor’s freewheeling PTO feature, rotate the tractor coupler clockwise. If only the implement turns, rotate the implement coupler counterclockwise. If both the PTO and implement turn, both couplers can be rotated simultaneously. Rotate the opposite way for disconnecting once head of Locking Pin is fully pulled (toward the tractor), to disengage the couplers.
- DIMENSIONS: (2” L x 0.75” W) (3/8” Threads) WEIGHT: 2.3 oz
- EASY REPLACEMENT: When replacing, use Loctite Threadlocker 271 Red (INCLUDED) on housing threads and wrench tighten housing to coupler plate. Wipe away excess Loctite Threadlocker Red 271 from the top and bottom of the Locking Pin.
- IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the installed Locking Pin housing from the tractor coupler with vise-grips or 5/8” open-end wrench. Heat may need to be applied to the Locking Pin’s housing and coupler threads for removal.
